Help yourself by joining in our lunchtime self massage session.
We all get aches and strains, so do yourself a favour in your lunchbreak and learn some self-massage techniques to help relax your muscles and joints. With Leonie Lawson, Sports Massage Therapist. Grapeseed oil provided or bring your own body lotion if you prefer.

1:00pm – 2:15pm: Poetry Stroll
An opportunity to try out some poetry writing techniques, including free writing, with award winning poet Annie Hayter. This workshop includes a short stroll from the library to gather inspiration for your creative writing.

Dive into the world of audio dramas as we listen to some extracts and highlight one of the many alternative ways we can experience storytelling.

6pm- 7pm- Yoga for Mental Health:
Gentle yoga focusing on easing tension from the body and relaxing the mind. The perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. With Marina from Balance Garden. Suitable for all levels of experience.
