Events Engagement and Safeguarding Officer

Salary: £32,000 (Pro rata, 12 hours per week)

We want to help even more people, and you can be part of that journey 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support artists, volunteers, and team members in a creative and safe environment

  • Support the group dynamics with attendees within the space.

  • Help set up and run creative activities and events.

  • Be the friendly face at the door, answer questions, and help people connect, making London feel not so big.

  • Welcome everyone to our events, both in-person and online, making sure they feel safe and included

  • Spot if someone needs extra help and follow our safeguarding rules to keep everyone safe.

  • Collect feedback and stories from events so we can keep improving.

  • Help with administration, like keeping records, managing registrations, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
