Dragon Café in the City is a collaboration between Mental Fight Club, Shoe Lane Library and The City of London.

Dragon Café in the City welcomes anyone who is feeling the pressures of work or life in and around the City of London.

Our programme runs fortnightly on a Wednesday and our events are for those who wish to release the pressure, break the stress cycle, and build resilience. Free and open to all, we welcome you to our sessions.

If you are struggling with your mental health, please seek support. A list of free services for City workers and residents can be found on the City of London Corporation's Mental Health page. City of London Libraries also list information on their Health and Wellbeing page.

To make our sessions more accessible, we currently run a blended programme of online sessions and in-person events at Shoe Lane Library.
