Press your inner pause button for this lunchtime guided meditation designed to calm the mind and reenergise your day. With Victoria John, mindfulness teacher and actor.

1pm (60mins) - Scent Making:
Make your own scent to take home. Using carefully selected natural ingredients, tutor John Foley will show us how. Fragrance can lift our mood and refresh the air we breathe.

15:00 (90mins) - Read and Relax: Drop In!
Come along for a chat and a read at Shoe Lane Library with this relaxed group session. We’ll be reading some extracts, doing a puzzle or two, and enjoying a cup of tea – perfect for a peaceful afternoon!

5:30pm (60 mins)- Five Frame Flip Animation:
Join animator & artist John Harmer to make ‘five frame flip’ animations.
Art materials provided. No experience necessary.

6pm-(45mins)- Slow Stretch
Shake off the tension at the end of the day with this new workshop led by Marina, Balance Garden. Start off with some easy breathing exercises, then move onto a relaxed blend of standing and seated stretches designed to increase flexibility and sooth the mind. No experience necessary.
