We all enjoy a good laugh. Did you know that laughing can help relieve stress, release endorphins (our happy hormone) and lower cortisol (stress hormone)? Take a break with Patricia Byrne who will lead the laughing in this energising session designed to lift the mood.

Join artist Shelly Wain for a short stroll & sketching session, then turn your images into decorative block prints. Start and finish at Shoe Lane Library.

2pm (60mins) - Paint and Relax: Drop In!
Feeling inspired after the sketch & printing workshop? - stay and continue; or drop in for this relaxed, self-led painting session with watercolours. Materials provided. No booking required.

5.30pm (60 mins): Inspired by Nature: Draw & Print
Join us for this special end of the day workshop. Kick back, pull up a chair, and spend a creative hour with artist Shelly Wain. Not picked up a paintbrush for years. Or been hiding your talent under a bushel...? you’re welcome. Come on your own or with a friend to this chilled out afterwork creative session.
