We all enjoy a good laugh. Did you know that laughing can help relieve stress, release endorphins (our happy hormone) and lower cortisol (stress hormone)? Take a break with Patricia Byrne who will lead the laughing in this energising session designed to lift the mood.

Reenergise & review your diet in this nutrition and health workshop. Look at common ailments linked to diet and sample our Eat Well tasting plates. Pick up our ‘Take away’ food flyer. With Najah Ismael, South East Consortium & Training.

2pm (60 mins): Paint and Relax: Drop in!
Feeling inspired after the eat well workshop? - stay on or drop in for this relaxed, self-led painting session with watercolours. Art materials provided. No booking required.
