World Mental Health Day: Dragon Café in the City at Barbican Library
2pm (60 mins): Drawing Breath
Join artist Vanessa Lawrence for this relaxed life drawing workshop. Make swift sketches & longer drawings of our clothed Stretch tutor Anya. No experience needed. Top tips and art materials provided.

3pm (150 mins): Games Club
Drop in to play Scrabble, Chess, or your own games.

3:15pm (20mins): Stretch
Reenergise your day and stretch with Anya, Balance Garden. Wear your usual clothes.

3:45pm (60mins): Herbal Teas
A restorative workshop with Nat, Hackney Herbal. Learn about herbs to help unwind, de-stress & switch off. Blend herbs together to make your own herbal teabags to take home.

5pm (60mins): Stop Motion Animation
Make colourful cut outs then bring them to life with animation. Artist Wendy Scott will bring her equipment and we’ll provide the scissors. No tech know-how needed.

6:15pm - 7:15pm: Finding Your Voice
Introduction to pitch, aligning voice & body, clapping rhythms & simple group singing. With opera singer Ellie Popham.
