12.15pm (30 mins): Laughter Therapy
Energising laughter therapy with laughter leader, Sally Dixey. Designed to lift the mood and calm the mind.

12:50pm (75 mins): Winter Tales of the City: guided walk
Join Historian and tour guide David Laird for a festive walk focussed on stories, customs and people. Explore Christmas past, from pagan traditions to sending greeting cards. Enjoy the sites of famous landmarks on the way. Stay for a mince pie afterwards.
Start & finish at Shoe Lane Library.
2pm (60 mins): Relax & Create: Drop In
Drop in for this self-led sociable session, including mindful drawing, Chess, Lego, Newspapers. Bring your own puzzles or board games.
In person at Shoe Lane Library. No booking needed.
3:30pm (60 mins): Paper Baubles
Make decorative paper baubles to display this winter. Artist Tracey Bush will show you how to turn paper sheets into decorations to be proud of. Materials provided.

5:30pm (45 mins): Singing Bowls Sound Bath
Himalayan Singing bowls produce unique low-frequency sonorous sounds. A sense of deep relaxation is produced which can help relieve fatigue and stress. The aroma of essential oils will enhance this calming experience. Wear warm clothes to lie down or sit comfortably. With Zoe SO, singing bowls & aromatherapy practitioner.
