We look forward to welcoming you to our eclectic mix of in person and zoom sessions. 

On Wednesday 11th October MFC also brings you the Dragon Café in the City project in collaboration with Shoe Lane Library and the City of London. Join us for a fantastic mix of events online and in person!

12.15pm – 2.15pm (120 mins): Green Doctors Pop In

Pop in and chat with the Green Doctors. Professional advice & information on reducing energy costs and staying warm at home.

In person at Shoe Lane Library.

12.15pm (30 mins): Stand & Stretch

Lunchtime stretch with Anya, Balance Garden. Wear your usual clothes.

In person at Shoe Lane Library also via Zoom.

1pm (60 mins): Green Cleaning

Make & take home your own household cleaning products. Using simple ingredients with Maud, Sunny Jar Eco Hub. Save money, reduce waste, and feel better. Bring two jam jars with lids to take products home.

Green Clean extra… Maud will stay til 2.30pm for some polishing off.

2.30pm (90 mins): Relax & Create: Drop In

Stay on or drop into Shoe Lane Library for a relaxed, self-led creative afternoon.

Materials provided. No booking required.

In person at Shoe Lane Library.

6pm (45 mins): Qi Gong

Combining slow graceful movements with mental concentration, this ancient Chinese practise is said to help improve posture, strength, and respiratory function. 

With Tony from Balance Garden. No experience needed.  Wear loose comfortable clothes. 1st of 4 series of workshops.

Via Zoom.

Available for all out in person events.
