12.15pm (30 mins): DIY Massage
Focus on yourself and learn how to soothe those aches & pains. With sports massage therapist Leonie Lawson.

1pm (60 mins): Starting With Nothing, Working With Everything
Practical poetry writing workshop for the beginner and the experienced, where participants will be given simple prompts to create new, exciting and surprising poems. With playwright & poet Timothy Fox. Rescheduled workshop.

2.30pm (90 mins): Relax & Create: Drop In
Drop in for this self-led sociable session. Mindful drawing. Bring a ukulele or acoustic guitar to jam. Read a newspaper or have a game of chess.

5pm (45 mins): Breathing Space: Introduction to Meditation
Learn techniques & tools to help bring a sense of peace and harmony into your life. With experienced practitioner Shweta O’Shea. Beginners and those with experience all welcome.
In person at Shoe lane Library & via zoom.
6pm (60 mins): Gong Sound Bath
Soak in the relaxing, sonorous sounds of large gongs, singing bowls & soft percussion to soothe away tensions of the day and calm the mind. Led by Cathy Eastburn, Sound Therapist & Gong Player. Wear warm, comfy clothes to lie down or sit and bathe in sonorous sound.
