12.15pm (30 mins): DIY Massage
Focus on yourself and learn how to soothe those aches & pains. With sports massage therapist Leonie Lawson.
In person at Shoe Lane Library.
1pm (90 mins): Painting with Wool
Make your own colourful felt picture from wool. Using the ‘wet felting’ method, roll your wool inside a wet towel to create your felt sheet. No experience needed.
With Sue Kimber, farmer, who spins, weaves and makes felt from her own sheep and goats.

2.30pm (75mins): Relax & Create: Drop In
Stay on or drop by for this self-led sociable session with Drawing, Lego, Chess, Origami & Newspapers. Bring your own handcrafts or board games.

4pm (60 mins): Creative Writing
Join Wordsmiths for this pressure-free supportive workshop. Focus on short writing tasks and imaginative free writing. The goal is enjoyment.

5.15pm (45 mins): Yoga
Chillout with this relaxed session. Anya from Balance Garden will guide you with gentle movements, postures and breathwork. No experience needed. Wear comfy clothes.
