12:15pm (30 mins): DIY Massage
Focus on yourself and learn how to soothe those aches & pains. With sports massage therapist Leonie Lawson.

1pm (60mins): Remembrance Day Poppies
As we mark Remembrance Day, make paper poppies, with artist Tracey Bush. Using upcycled red, white, or green papers to make your poppy to take home.

2:30pm (90mins): Relax & Create: Drop-in
Drop in for this self-led sociable session. Chess, Newspapers & Mindful colouring materials provided.

5pm (60mins): Creative Writing
Join Wordsmiths for this pressure-free workshop inspired by memories. Focus on short writing tasks and imaginative free writing. The goal is enjoyment.

6:15pm (60mins): Singing Bowls
Himalayan Singing bowls produce unique low-frequency sonorous sounds. A sense of deep relaxation is produced which can help relieve fatigue and stress. The aroma of essential oils will enhance this calming experience. Wear warm clothes to lie down or sit comfortably. With Zoe So, singing bowls & aromatherapy practitioner.
