On Wednesday 7th February MFC brings you the Dragon Café in the City project in collaboration with Shoe Lane Library and the City of London. Join us for a fantastic mix of events online and in person.

12:15pm (30 mins): DIY Massage
Take time out for yourself and learn how to sooth your tired muscles. With sports massage therapist Leonie Lawson.
In person at Shoe Lane Library and via Zoom..
1pm (60 mins): Simple Scents
An introduction to aromatherapy and how essential oils are used to support mind and body. Learn how to combine different scents to aid relaxation, concentration, and sleep.
Create an aromatherapy spray to take home. With Nat, Hackney Herbal. Places limited.
In person at Shoe Lane Library.
2:30pm (90 mins): Relax & Create: Drop In
Stay on or drop in for this self-led creative afternoon. Art materials provided.
In person at Shoe Lane Library.
No Registration needed.
6:00pm (45mins): Qi Gong new series
Combining slow graceful movements with mental concentration. Is said to help improve posture, strength, and respiratory function. No experience needed.
With Tony, Balance Garden.
Via Zoom.
