Animate, Create, Relax….
12:15pm - 1:15pm: Breathing Space Meditation
Pause your day with Meditation. Learn techniques to help bring a sense of peace and harmony into your life. With experienced practitioner Shweta O’Shea. Beginners and those with experience all welcome.

1pm - 2:30pm: Claymation
Try something new - Claymation. No tech knowhow needed. Enjoy getting creative with coloured clay, then as a group, animate into a film clip. With artist Reza Ben Gajra.

2.30pm (75mins): Relax & Create
Drop in for this self-led sociable session, including mindful drawing.
In person at Shoe Lane Library. No booking needed.
5:30pm - 6:30pm: Song Writing
The workshop focusses on music for wellbeing and self-expression. Learn the basics of writing a song, with opportunity to sing it as a group. No experience needed, just a willingness to learn something new and to share creative ideas. With singer-songwriter Ije Amaechi.

6:30pm - 7:30pm: Gong Sound Bath
Soak in the relaxing, sonorous sounds of large gongs, singing bowls & soft percussion to soothe away tensions of the day and calm the mind. Led by Cathy Eastburn, Sound Therapist & Gong Player. Wear warm, comfy clothes to lie down or sit and bathe in sonorous sound.
