2pm – 3:30pm: Southwark Playhouse at The Dragon Café.
We are very pleased to once more welcome Southwark Playhouse to the Dragon Café. If you are interested in any area of theatre from writing, improvisation, acting, voice work, theatre devising, and performance then these sessions are definitely for you.
3:30pm: Food served:
This week we will be continuing with the MFC menu. Expect lots of fresh and healthy options, including an assortment of salads, fruit, fresh breads, olives, finger foods, and much more.
4pm – 4:45pm: Gentle Yoga with Anja Nikodem
Join Anja for another of her rejuvenating gentle Yoga session. This session has been devised so that it caters for all comers from those who have never done yoga to those who are more practiced. You can learn the full sun salute, a gentle stretch version and even a seated version for those with limited mobility.
5pm – 5:45pm: Singing Group
In this session, participants are invited to come together in celebration of the positive impact of singing and the voice. This session, facilitated by our singing lead Vivien Ellis, will be an energy filled journey through a mix of singing and vocal styles. From sea shanties to old English chants, choral favourites written by the singing group and some improvised rounds and soundscapes. There is something in this session for everyone.

Calling all community choirs! Big and small! Old and new! You're invited to "The Big London Song Share" on the evening of Monday, June 30th at the historic St John’s Waterloo. This special event offers a unique opportunity for choirs from across London to unite in one vibrant venue. Come and share your songs, learn new repertoires from fellow choirs, and enjoy the power of singing together. It's a fantastic chance to forge new musical collaborations and build lasting social connections within London's diverse singing community. Don't miss out on this uplifting gathering of harmony and fellowship!
