4:45pm – 5:45pm: Gong Bath
Recover from the festive season and ease your way into the new year with a Gong Bath.

Lie back and enjoy the healing sounds of magnificent large gongs, played alongside Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls and Javanese bronze percussion. Sessions are led by experienced gong-player and trained sound therapist Cathy Eastburn.
