Summertime: Create. Stretch. Chilled music…
1pm (60 mins): Mark Making
Join visual artist Samuel Mead to focus on creativity. Enjoy the flow and sensory process of mark-making and the freedom to express yourself on paper. Materials provided.

2.30pm (90 mins): Relax & Create: Drop In
Stay on to continue your artwork or drop by for this self-led sociable session with Drawing, Lego, Chess, Origami & Newspapers. Bring your own handcrafts e.g. knitting or crochet or your own board games.

4pm (60 mins): Creative Writing
Join Wordsmiths for this pressure-free, supportive workshop. Focus on short writing tasks and imaginative free writing. The goal is enjoyment.

5pm (45 mins): Yoga
Chill out with this relaxed session. Anya Nikodem will guide you with gentle movements, postures and breathwork. No experience needed. Wear comfy clothes. Limited number of mats available or bring your own.

6pm (60 mins): Harp for Health
Chilled summer’s evening of relaxed harp music with harpist Mark Levin. Enjoy soft sounds and calming compositions, bringing relaxation to the end of your day.
Mark is a contemporary style harpist offering laid back sets, all beautifully arranged and re-imagined for a 29-string harp. Mark holds multiple music residencies in healthcare hospitals around London, and live credits also range from solo sets at Glastonbury Festival to playing for King Charles in the VIP area of the Epsom Derby.
