12.15pm (30 mins): DIY Massage
Focus on yourself and learn how to soothe those aches & pains. With sports massage therapist Leonie Lawson.
In person at Shoe Lane Library and via Zoom.
1pm (60 mins): Handmade City Books
Make your own folded book inspired by the city, with paper artist Tracey Bush. Fold and cut, then fill your book with collage, drawings or text. Materials provided. You may like to bring your own city maps to use for collage.

2.30pm (90 mins): Relax & Create: Drop In
Stay on to continue filling your book; or drop by for this self-led sociable session. Origami, Lego, Chess, & Newspapers. Bring your own crochet, knitting or embroidery in progress, or board games.

4pm (75 mins): 'Boudica to the Blitz’: 2000 Years in the City of London
Join David Laird to explore the history of the City. From the rise of Londinium to the political, economic, and social highlights that have shaped the square mile. Our route includes St Brides Church, Old Bailey, Paternoster Square, Fire Memorial & Blitz Memorial. There will be pause points along the way.

5.30pm (60 mins): Voices of London: Creative Writing
Join poet Timothy Fox for a poetry workshop inspired by ‘London a symphony of voices’.
