1pm (60 mins): Inspired by Hockney: Experimental Drawing
Mixed media workshop led by artist Vanessa Lawrence. Taking inspiration from David Hockney (1937-2026), one of the most popular and influential British artists of our times. Speaking of his iconic ‘A Bigger Splash’ painting, he said “If there was a formula for making memorable pictures, there would be a lot more memorable pictures.”

2.30pm (90 mins): Relax & Create: Drop In
Stay on to continue making your pictures or drop by for this self-led sociable session with, Origami, Lego, Chess, & Newspapers. Bring your own handcrafts e.g. knitting or your own board games.

4pm (120 mins): Afternoon Tea
Since 2021, Christine has curated Dragon Café in the City, welcoming participants and practitioners alike. Please drop in for tea and cakes with her as she marks her retirement from Mental Fight Club.

5.15pm (45 mins): Stretch
Stretch inspired by yoga; chill out with this relaxed end-of-the-day session. Anya Nikodem will guide you with gentle movements. No experience needed. Wear comfy clothes.
