Join Lisa from Wordsmiths, for this pressure-free supportive workshop. Focus on short writing tasks and imaginative free writing. The goal is enjoyment.

2pm (120 mins): Sculpture in the City: Re-Imagine and Produce
This session focuses on consolidating ideas and interpretations of Sculpture in the City artworks, transforming them into a collaborative artwork. Join Urban Learners for this creative workshop inspired by the City's architecture and key artworks from Sculpture in the City, a free open-air art exhibition. Alternatively drop by for this self-led sociable session with Drawing, Lego, Chess, Origami & Newspapers. Bring your own handcrafts or board games.

5pm (50 mins): Finding your Voice: Speaking
Relaxed, non-judgmental voice workshop focussed on vocal exercises. Great for strengthening our voices for speaking or singing. Good for beginners as well as those with some experience. With opera singer Ellie Popham.

6pm (60 mins): Singing Bowls Sound Bath
Himalayan Singing bowls produce unique low-frequency sonorous sounds. A sense of deep relaxation is produced which can help relieve fatigue and stress.
