Pause your day with Meditation. Learn techniques to help bring a sense of peace and harmony into your life. With experienced practitioner Shweta O’Shea. Everyone welcome.

1pm (60 mins): Experimental Drawing
Join artist Vanessa Lawrence for experimental drawing with inks, watercolours and wax resist.
Inspired by mythology, classical references and our imagination, we will create wild and wonderous works on paper.

2:30pm (60 mins): Relax & Create: Drop In
Stay on to finish your drawings; or drop by for this self-led sociable session with Drawing, Lego, Chess, Origami & Newspapers. Bring your own handcrafts or board games.

4pm (60 mins): Creative Writing
Join James from Wordsmiths for this pressure-free supportive workshop. Focus on short writing tasks and imaginative free writing. The goal is enjoyment.

5:15pm (45 mins): Yoga
Chillout with this relaxed session. Anya Nikoden will guide you with gentle movements, postures and breathwork. No experience needed. Wear comfy clothes.
