3:55pm – 5:20pm: An Ecstatic and Open Floor Dance Session led by Flomotion Dance
Tune into your body and breath, and just follow whatever movements feel good, there’s no right or wrong way to dance, and you don’t need any experience. Julia Franks, our facilitator, brings the energy with fresh playlists and invites everyone into a relaxed, joyful space where you can switch off your inner critic and just have fun.
5:30pm – 6:30pm: Singing Group
In this session, participants are invited to come together in celebration of the positive impact of singing and the voice. From sea shanties to old English chants, choral favourites written by the singing group and some improvised rounds and soundscapes. There is something in this session for everyone.
